This is a telephone customer service-based role with Foundever and includes a sales-based outcome. Sales through service.
Inbound Telesales associates take incoming calls from potential customers and upselling them the TV, phone, broadband and mobile services they want and need. They do it by listening carefully to each potential customer's needs and by using their knowledge of our products and services to find the right solutions every time.
You will have the passion to sell our Clients products and services to new and existing customers over the telephone, whilst at the same time delivering great customer service and be an advocate for Foundever, our Client and its products.
Pay and Commission
Our commission structure is excellent and we have a number of employees that push themselves to understand the issues and managing the customer through the process. Our very best Telesales Associates see a regular annual salary of over £30,000. (Basic pay - £20,319 pa / £10.42 ph)
Remember, the commission is very generous. Your reward will depend on your own drive to succeed. We will support you with this by giving all the tools you need but understanding your customer will drive your ultimate success.
