Passenger Assistants for school runs. School term times only. Approx 38 weeks per year.
Self employed basis. Monday to Friday. No weekends.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young adults. You must have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You must be patient, understanding and polite. As a Passenger Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school/college. You will be responsible for assisting students during their journey, providing them with the necessary support and care. Your friendly and patient attitude will help create a positive experience for the students and their families. You will be required to safely assists students as they board and exit the school transport, provide support, ensure their safety during the journey. Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff. Follow established protocols for emergency situations and handle any unexpected challenges that may arise. You will need to maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere on the school transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour

- Worthing: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Passenger Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
